| Summary, etc | La fibrosis se asocia con alteraciones de la estructura normal del corazón a nivel de los cardiomiocitos. TGF-β1 es una citoquina promotora de la fibrosis cardíaca. Para modular el efecto de TGF-β in vivo, se ha construido un vector lentiviral que codifica la proteína recombinante TβRII-SE fusionado con el dominio Fc de la inmunoglobulina 1 humana (IgG1), denominada Brecept, con la cual se ha demostrado su capacidad antifibrótica en modelos animales de fibrosishepática. |
