| Summary, etc | En la primera parte, “Feminización de la universidad y cuidados” presenta los hallazgos de un trabajo de investigación con perspectiva de género que relevó la experiencia de ser estudiante en la Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche (UNAJ), a partir de grupos focales y una encuesta realizados en 2017. Se analiza esa experiencia en el marco de la feminización del sistema de educación superior. Se remarca la importancia de tener en cuenta las tareas de cuidados para comprender las trayectorias estudiantiles y la experiencia universitaria. En la segunda parte, “Diversidad de género, diversidad y género”, la investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar distintos aspectos respecto del contrato psicológico, las culturas organizacionales y los factores psicosociales en el trabajo e indagar los efectos y las transformaciones posibles acerca del género. Se relata la experiencia vivida a partir de la convocatoria para una intervención frente a la implementación de la Ley Micaela en un área del Poder Judicial. |
