El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo explorar y comparar los sentidos en torno al trabajo remunerado y el trabajo voluntario en los y las jóvenes participantes de una Organización No Gubernamental (ONG) del sector salud de la ciudad de Quilmes en el período 2019-2020. Se plantean las diferencias entre ambas variantes y se hace hincapié en el voluntariado. Para esto, se explica la evolución del concepto trabajo, sus similitudes y diferencias con el voluntariado; se analizan las competencias que los y las jóvenes adquieren; se definen y caracterizan a las ONGs en América Latina y Argentina; se distingue desde su perspectiva y la experiencia que han adquirido a lo largo de su trayectoria laboral. Por último, se interpreta qué significa para ellos y ellas el trabajo y los obstáculos para acceder a éste. Para llegar a tal fin, se utiliza una metodología cualitativa en base a entrevistas semi-estructuradas, con el objetivo de conocer las diferentes competencias, motivaciones y perspectivas sobre el trabajo que adquieren los y las jóvenes de dicha organización. |
