| Summary, etc | Este libro estudia un período particular de un Hospital Público, el Posadas, fundamental en el sistema de salud argentino y de la RMBA especialmente. Lo que allí sucede tendrá siempre impacto en el Sistema Nacional de Salud. En este caso, sirve como excusa además para analizar las innovaciones en la gestión hospitalaria que surgen continuamente a nivel mundial. Formas de gobernanza, sistemas de administración, compras, recuperación de costos, uso de TIC, gestión de redes y relación con APS, medicamentos. Las transformaciones son permanentes y en suma, de gran magnitud y o siempre en nuestro país hemos logrado realizar las mejoras necesarias. En la experiencia 2019-2023 se llevaron adelante en el Posadas reformas como las mencionadas, se puede ver cómo se planificaron y ejecutaron, el mayor o menor apoyo recibido: externo, especialmente del Gobierno e interno; y también los errores cometidos y la forma en que se intentó subsanarlos. |
