| Summary, etc | En 1996, en Cutral Có, zona petrolera de la Patagonia, se produce una pueblada, que a pesar de la acción del gobierno provincial, que envía a la gendarmería, acaba imponiendo algunos de sus reclamos. En 1997 el sindicato de docentes de Neuquén, ATEN, inicia un plan de lucha reivindicativo. Luego dedos semanas de huelga y marchas, sin resultados, los docentes recurren al corte de rutas y aíslan la Norpatagonia. Desalojados violentamente, el conflicto continúa hasta que la misma ruta 22 vuelve a ser cortada en Cutral Co, combinándose así el conflicto sindical con la acción de los desocupados, que llevaría luego a una segunda pueblada, con la muerte de Teresa Rodríguez, hechos que dieron nacimiento a los modernos movimientos piqueteros. Petrucelli, en este trabajo, recorre minuciosa y críticamente el conflicto docente y la génesis de la segunda pueblada, abordando ambos fenómenos desde una triple mirada, militante, historiográfica y comunicacional |
