| Summary, etc | La siguiente Tesina tiene como objetivo establecer el nivel de acuerdo que tienen las y los enfermeros sobre una serie de estereotipos en torno al rol de Enfermería. La investigación se enfocó en enfermeras y enfermeros de los diferentes turnos que se desempeñan laboralmente en el gran Buenos Aires. Las afirmaciones en torno a estereotipos son el resultado de eventos determinados observados por la autora en su experiencia laboral y formativa, lo cual es reforzado luego por la bibliografía. “La enfermería es una profesión que ha sufrido del estereotipo público durante mucho tiempo. En la literatura han sido descritos numerosas veces los clichés a los que se le ha vinculado a lo largo de la historia y los principales factores que han contribuido a ello” (Errasti; Arantzamendi; Canga, 2012; p.270). |
